The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with fresh bread, pancakes, sausages, and bacon. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the children's area.

The location was great, just minutes away from a night club. There were shopping centers and a supermarket nearby. My room had a king-sized bed, a nice view, and a patio, and was air-conditioned.

My favorite property in Puerto Vallarta. A mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control in the room. The good bed. Location close to hill and airport. Shopping center which was only 1/2 a mile away from the store....  

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. The location by the sea was perfect, and we were greeted with fantastic service from all staff in the drop-off area. The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to have a great night's sleep. The views from our room were stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for our stay. The food at this place was delicious, with different areas to choose from, and we especially loved the Italian restaurant. The staff were all amazing and friendly, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The 24/7 coffee bar was a great bonus, and we enjoyed lattes with sweets. We also noticed that this venue had excellent facilities for families, with activities and a clean pool that kids will love. We are already planning on bringing our grandboys next year. this hotel exceeded our expectations, providing us with a pleasant and economical getaway.

The location was convenient with easy access to everything around. the Tiki Taco restaurant and the marina were a short bus ride away. Our room was spacious with a stunning view of the ocean, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff was accommodating and provided friendly service throughout our stay. the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

The pool was often crowded with noisy children, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the poolside.

I also loved that this hotel was directly next to the children's area, making it easy to keep an eye on my little ones. This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices for the rooms with amazing views from the balcony were incredibly reasonable. Speaking of the balcony, I had not one but two balconies, both offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. It was the perfect spot to relax with a drink from the fully stocked fridge in my room. The location of this hotel was fantastic, right by the sea with easy access to the beach. The service I received from all the staff was top-notch, with attention to detail and great care given to ensure my stay was comfortable. The basic amenities were all there, and the breakfast was a delightful start to each day.

We had an amazing New Year's vacation in Mexico! The beautiful beach and pool area were the best parts of our stay. The hotel's location right by the ocean was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views. We loved that the resort offered a 24-hour coffee and snack bar, which was a lifesaver after long days of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Alex, who always made sure our drinks were topped up on the beach. The variety of activities offered throughout the day and evening kept us entertained and added to the overall enjoyable experience.

There were a few issues that dampened our stay. Unfortunately, there were some hiccups with the check-in process, and the requests to have our rooms together were not accommodated.

The drink service was incredible and the hotel staff were super friendly. the location was great and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach. the Christmas dinner was spectacular, and they even offered complimentary champagne and desserts. We also appreciated the complimentary yoga classes and paddle boarding activities.

The room was a bit outdated and the Wi-Fi was not free. the dance music was too loud at night, which made sleeping a bit difficult.
